We provide sourcing, brokerage, payments/escrow facilitation, logistics coordination, and compliance assistance for commodities and industrial goods from Brazil. Our role is to connect buyers with vetted suppliers and provide transaction support.

Quotes and Orders

All quotes are based on information provided at the time of request.
Orders are subject to supplier confirmation, availability, and compliance checks.
Specifications, quantities, and timelines must be agreed in writing before order confirmation.

Payments and Escrow

Payments may be handled via licensed escrow/payment partners.
Funds are released only after agreed milestones are met (e.g., inspection passed + original shipping documents provided).
All parties must complete KYC/AML checks before transactions.
We accept SWIFT transfers, Letters of Credit, and escrow payments.

Logistics and Delivery

Shipments are typically arranged FOB or CIF under Incoterms® 2020.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to customs, port conditions, or supplier delays.
Insurance coverage is included for CIF shipments; higher coverage may be requested at buyer’s cost.

Compliance

Buyers and suppliers must comply with international trade regulations, sanctions, and export/import laws.
We may request certifications such as SGS, HACCP, ISO, FSC, or equivalent depending on the product.
Restricted goods (e.g., controlled minerals, aerospace parts) are subject to additional licensing.

Warranties and Liability

We act as a sourcing and brokerage facilitator and do not manufacture the products.
Product quality, conformity, and warranties are the responsibility of the supplier.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Confidentiality

All business information, RFQs, drawings, and contracts shared with us are treated confidentially.
We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or compliance checks.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services in case of misuse, non-compliance, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law
